Certificado Adecuación Funcional Bitware

According to ISO/IEC 25010, Functional Suitability is defined as the degree to which a product or system provides functions that meet stated and implied needs when used under specified conditions. Thus, Functional Suitability can be understood as the degree to which a product or system provides the necessary functions to meet the needs and conditions identified and explicitly specified during its analysis and design.

Functional Suitabiblity evaluation provides the following benefits:

  • Assuring that clients' needs are met.
  • Reducing bugs and defects found once the product is deployed.
  • Improving your clients' trust and satisfaction.
  • Being able to get a product certification that improves your competitiveness.

With a Functional Suitability certificate, software development companies can prove that their products meet all the requirements of their customers, and in turn, the clients are assured that the products they buy are functionally complete and correct.

With the Functional Suitability certificate, AENOR expands the catalogue of its software certification service, which already included the Maintainability characteristic, and which is planned to continue expanding through the collaboration with the laboratory AQCLab.
