CaixaBankNow, the digital banking app of CaixaBank, has been granted the ISO/IEC 25000 certificate for Functional Suitability. The certificate has been issued by AENOR taking the evaluation carried out by the accredited laboratory AQCLab as a basis.
CaixaBankNow is the benchmark digital banking application for the bank's customers. Through it, customers can carry out all types of financial transactions and it offers information adapted to the customer's profile, including the possibility of using a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence for all types of queries.
Among the most valued aspects of the app is the information displayed on the screen when a customer enters the application and identifies themselves with their user, as well as the range of shares available from the main screen.
The platform also has services for direct contact with the CaixaBank personal manager assigned to the customer, with tools such as the "Wall", a channel that works in a similar way to the Facebook message "wall", with full security in communications between customers and managers and automatic archiving of all documentation.
CaixaBankNow also offers the possibility of making video calls and signing transactions online, including those that are processed at branches: customers can thus review their contract before signing it and formalise it electronically, without the need to travel.
With the certification of the Functional Adequacy of its product, CaixaBank becomes the first bank in the world to obtain ISO/IEC 25000 functional adequacy certification for its CaixaBankNow app.
