The product "Prometeus Delfos, version 1.0.0", from Prometeus Global Solutions, S.L., has been granted the ISO/IEC 25000 certificate for Functional Suitability. The certificate has been issued by AENOR taking the evaluation carried out by the accredited laboratory AQCLab as a basis.
Prometeus Delfos is the query bar integrated into Prometeus IDS that facilitates access to the business information using natural language. Delfos provides an information search and extraction engine that allows users to obtain real-time information in different formats (tables, lists, and bar and pie charts), based on natural language processing. For this purpose, Prometeus Delfos applies Artificial Intelligence techniques.
In this way, the query interface provided by Delfos allows the processing of queries without being subjected to a rigid syntax, and can interpret ambiguous concepts through an assistant that will resolve doubts, being able to respond to unknown terms, asking questions in order to better understand the requests and give the appropriate response to the user, learning during the process.
